i found a work around for myself, and it didnt happen that often.
i arranged my icons in 4k settings the same way as i did in 1080.
so far it hasnt happened again, but then again it only happend 3 times to me.
and only when i played a game in 4k when i started in 1080.
I will try that next time it fails.

lol - i'm just lazy. So much easier to have a shortcut than put my mouse pointer on the Windows Icon and have to scroll down the list of programs

you have a lot installed, and i tought i had a lot installed
i counted my icons and i got 53 in total
